Banana Nut Bread

This is another recipe that is great for substituting the oil for bean puree.

Banana Nut Bread

1/2 c. oil (or bean puree)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
4 Tbsp. milk
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Put mixture in greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 for approximately 55 minutes.
